Delivery policy
Exquisites London uses Royal Mail to deliver purchased items to the UK, EU, and North America. The standard delivery method is Royal Mail; the customer can choose overnight delivery for an extra fee. The delivery charge is based on product characteristics, such as its size, weight, and need for special packaging. Exquisites London maintains and updates the delivery charge in its internal database, and the charge is automatically added to the checkout total, before the customer confirms the purchase. Exquisites London endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and updates the customer when the product is dispatched. The customer can inquire about her order status by emailing or telephoning us.
Refund, replacement and cancellation policy
Within 2 weeks of purchase, the customer can return a merchandise for full refund, provided that the merchandise is not damaged and in a fully resellable state. The customer’s credit card will be credited with the purchase amount. The customer is responsible for the cost to send the product to us. The customer has the option of replacing the item with an identical or similar product. In this case, the customer is responsible for the delivery charge of sending the replacement to her. Before an item is dispatched, the customer has the ability to cancel the purchase from My Account.
Currency accepted
At present, Exquisites London accepts GBP sterling, euro, US and Canadian dollars. Our price is posted in GBP Sterling, and conversion to the above currency is handled by the credit card company of the individual customer.
